Another gorgeous high school senior soon to graduate. Mey went with our contemporary session in the studio and man did we have fun! It was so hard to choose just one image for the yearbook, luckily we have all the images available on DVD.

You just never know what Mother Nature is going to serve up each day. It was dark, and wet for most of the day but poof…a break late in the afternoon. These are just a few of my favorite portraits created outdoors yesterday with Sal. He choose our Combo Senior Session.

I photograph a lot of families at the beautiful beaches that Cape Ann offers, but I think this location just rocks! It’s a gorgeous area at Stagefort Park right here in Gloucester. The location is special to this family, it almost their backyard and they gather here frequently. I think that makes their family portrait even more meaningful. It was a fantastic night with a fantastic family.

Senior Portraits have changed a lot since I was a kid. The stiff mug shot with a sweater and pearls for the yearbook is definitely old fashioned. Today, senior portraits are all about the kids…. their interests, hobbies, taste in fashion and lifestyle. The results…portraits that are REAL.
